Terms and Conditions:

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Minimum quantities apply to some products
- Orders placed require a 50% deposit or full payment to secure the manufacture of the order prior to processing/manufacture of an order. Should orders be placed via our website www.accbilletengineering.co.za and paid for through the secure online Pay Fast payment facility we will confirm receipt of your payment by sending you a Pro forma invoice acknowledging your payment and an Invoice when the order is dispatched.
- A 20% handling fee is charged on cancelled orders
- All deposits are non refundable and will be forfeited should the final payment not be received
- We will acknowledge receipt of your order and payment by raising a Pro-forma Invoice which will indicate an estimated date of delivery and the final payment if only a deposit was paid Should you wish to make an electronic transfer, please ensure funds are transferred and cleared through our bank account prior to collection
- Postage/Delivery and Packaging costs are to Purchaser’s account. For deliveries within South Africa. we use Postnet or SAPO for local deliveries, or should you prefer to use your own Courier Delivery Service please notify us. For International deliveries we can arrange with any Shipping Company on your behalf. For orders placed on our website www.accbilletengineering.co.za and paid for through the secure online Pay Fast payment facility, the shipping/delivery is included and will be delivered to you by Postnet/Aramex. For International deliveries from South Africa we will communicate the weight, dimensions and all relevant information to you to confirm a delivery method and cost with you should there be a difference in the amount paid and amount payable
- Claims for shortages or damages must be notified in writing within 48 hours from date of receipt of goods
- Allow 2-4 weeks delivery from date of receipt of payment
- Our returns policy requires prior Management approval of justified returns before we can accept any returns.
- Please check your goods as your signature upon receipt signifies your satisfaction with goods delivered.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from date of receipt of quote
- All goods supplied remain the property of ACC Billet Engineering (Pty) Ltd until fully paid for
- ACC Billet Engineering (Pty) Ltd has done its utmost to secure its premises and will not be held responsible for damage or loss of customer’s goods
- Receipt of a deposit or full payment by us on a quotation or pro forma invoice submitted by us will indicate acceptance of the pricing on the above documents
- Should our Invoice not include Vat for export purposes the client will be responsible to pay all fees such as custom fees or taxes imposed on or with respect to the purchased goods
- Payments can be made by EFT or cash deposited at the bank. In the case of cheques deposited into our bank account, orders will not be released until the funds have been cleared in our account. We do not accept credit cards or cheques in our offices. Payments for online orders can be made via the secure online Pay Fast facility for orders placed via our website www.accbilletengineering.co.za . We accept MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards. We encourage EFT’s and offer facilities on our premises for orders to be collected, orders will only be released once proof of payment is received. Payments from outside South Africa take between 4 and 7 working days to clear. Orders will only be released once payment has reflected. We accept International payments via PAYPAL.
- The risk is passed to the Customer as soon as the goods leave our workshop and is handed to the person authorised to deliver the goods for which insurance is to the clients account
- The Customer shall bear all direct and indirect damages or costs in the event of errors in the indication of the delivery address, especially if the address in incomplete or incorrect
- WARRANTY : Within this scope we warrant all products delivered by us to be free from any defects, under normal use and service, and that such products, when used in the manner for which designed, and in accordance with all instructions and directions for installation, operation and maintenance furnished by us, will be suitable for their intended purpose. This warranty is only enforceable if our parts are mounted by authorized people and provided that the motorbike is in its original state and condition when our parts are mounted.
- Product warranties/exclusion of liability: Product warranty does not cover incorrect or abnormal use of the products as well as operations and modifications which have an impact on the function and security of the goods. If the Customer is not an end-consumer, this warranty is limited to the rectification of defects or the replacement, further claims shall not be deduced. As long as we are able to fulfil our obligations to make repairs or a substitute delivery, the Customer who is not an end-consumer shall not be entitled to mitigation of the consideration or termination of the contract. If the defects cannot be repaired, the legal warranty rights of the Customer resurrect. The Customer who is not an end-consumer has to give us notice of defects, in writing, immediately but within 48 hours of delivery Complaints may only be taken into account when the goods are in the condition as they were at the time of delivery. Any defects that could not be detected within that period in spite of careful examination must be communicated to us in writing immediately after becoming known. The warranty shall be ruled out if the products are handled, after their acceptance, in an improper manner or not in conformity with the instructions recommended by us or by faulty or negligent maintenance or inappropriate use outside the specifications or contract. Interventions and/or repairs done by unauthorized persons rule out any warranty claim. We shall not be liable for incorrect product descriptions, wrong technical data and incorrect operation instructions of the manufacturer. Usage of our products in races or in other similar conditions shall fully and completely relieve us from any obligation under this warranty.
- Warranty requirements
Warranty is given when the following requirements are satisfied:

- All components must be maintained in their original condition and must not have been altered subsequently.
- The proof of purchase has to be available.
- All components have to be used on series-production vehicles.
The warranty does not cover:

- defects or damage caused by misuse, by use that is contrary to the assembly instructions and user guide, as well as by overstressing;
- defects or damage caused in case of use on non standard equipment and use of custom parts;
- defects or damages which have not been reported immediately after they were discovered or should reasonably have been discovered;
- coating and corrosion damages which are due to external causes as, for example, stone impact, salt, industrial pollution and other environmental influences or improper cleaning with wrong products;
- normal wear and tear and wear as a part of the product’s normal function and which does not impair the usability of the product;
- fair and early wear and tear on suspensions and chain wheels;
- consequential loss as well as direct and indirect costs like: loss of use, loss of earnings, salvage and towing costs and/or overnight accommodation expenses;
- other acts beyond the reasonable control of ACC Billet Engineering (Pty) Ltd
