Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.accbilletengineering.co.za. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days should stock not be available. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order,
we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery rates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders within South Africa.
Unless it is stipulated that delivery is free or a flat fee, the delivery rate will be based on the weight and dimensions of the product.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Your delivery address
Please ensure to provide a valid delivery address. In the case that the courier delivers to an incorrect address any surcharges will be
billed to your account.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s).
Delivery outside of South Africa
The delivery charge shown when checking out is only valid for deliveries within South Africa, for International deliveries we use
Airfreight via the South African Post Office or International Couriers such as Fedex, Postnet or DHL
Please indicate your preferred Courier service provider.
For International deliveries we will notify you of the additional charges once the weight and dimensions have been determined
Damages
ACC Billet Engineering (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
