Postnet – The cost is R99.00 incl vat for orders up to 5Kg. Postnet will deliver nationally
Own Courier or Time Freight pay them COD –This option is used for orders where our client has an account with a Courier Company, or for clients who are beyond the PTA/JHB areas and are located in Provinces outside of Gauteng
Local –Courier Guy up to 50KG The areas covered with this option are: Rustenburg, Brits, Magaliesburg, Hartbeespoort, Carletonville, Westonaria, Randfontein, Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging, Heidelberg, Nigel, Springs and surrounding areas of the above main towns.
Direct Bank Transfer (Offline Eft) – Direct Bank Transfer – will allow you to submit your order without making an online payment. Once your order is received we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order as well as a Pro Forma invoice indicating the deposit or full payment required and shipping method depending on which product/s were ordered and shipping method selected. When Direct Bank Transfer is selected a screen showing details of your order placed as well as our banking details will be reflected AFTER clicking on “Place Order” to enable you to make an EFT payment at your convenience. Once payment is received we will process your order accordingly. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Payfast – Two options are available,
Option 1 if you have a Payfast account with funds available you will be directed to login to your Payfast account to make the payment via your Payfast account.
Option 2 Should you not have a Payfast account you will be directed to the page which reflects payment options for Visa – Credit card or Cheque card/Instant EFT (Online EFT) / Masterpass/Bitcoin/ or Visa Debit card
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days should stock not be available. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order,
we will contact you via email or telephone.
We gather your information such as your email address when you register, your physical or postal address when you place your order or telephone number.
We only use this information to process your order or enquiry and to improve our customer service and after sales service to you, as our client.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order/ product as requested.
We make use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information is transmitted via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL)and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to keep the information confidential. Your confidential information is not stored on our servers.
Once we receive your order we will confirm receipt of your order by sending an Invoice or a Pro forma invoice and advise the lead time for delivery of your order. Should stock not be available at the time you placed the order there may a delay of 3-7 days due to our next manufacturing run for the product ordered. This information will be communicated to you telephonically or by email.
