Suzuki GSXR Double Fuel Filler Cap

The double filler cap for the Suzuki GSXR has been machined from 6082T6 aluminium and is available in a natural brushed, hardfaced or clear anodised finish. The cap is assembled with with stainless steel socket head capscrews. The unit has a screw type filler cap and a blank cap, alternatively the unit can be supplied with two screw type caps. The fuel tank would be marked off and cut open for installation. Once opened up and cleaned the unit will be secured in place with the inner retaining ring which is supplied with the unit. The aluminium retaining ring is pre drilled and tapped.
